MAC LIPSTICK HAUL AND REVIEW

I know a lot of people adore adore and love MAC cosmetics but I'm not the hugest fan(no offense if you are) they look nice but do nothing for your skin and I just prefer other products. But if there is one thing a love about MAC more than most products is their lip cosmetics.  They are undeniably pretty. I really just have lipstick because I just can't really find a gloss I like so I tried a few on and put the shades on my arm to show all of them.

Because I have light skin certain shades will look good others will look... well, bad! But that doesn't mean they won't work for you.

This shade is Lady Danger. I love this shade quite a bit! I think it will look good on most skin tones if you are willing to rock a bold shade. It is very orange. Very much like Morange but a bit more red.

This shade is Diva. It's dark and sophisticated. I think it would be a good shade for work. But I don't really like it for summer. It's more of a winter or fall shade.

I adore this color. It is Candy Yum Yum. I mainly wear red lips but this shade is so sweet and pink. I think I may like it even more than Lady Danger!

On to a shade that was not flattering on me. This one is part of the Archie collection. The shade is called Girl Next Door. It's so pretty! But sadly not on me. It also seemed to go in every crack on my lips.

IMAN COSMETICS EYESHADOW REVIEW

I purchased a few Iman eyeshadows at Target a few days ago and I'm writing a few on a shade I liked called Safari. It is a dark green but with gold flecks. I think it is green and mysterious. Like a safari! :P

This is the shadow on my finger. As you can see it is very shimmery.

This is the shadow on my closed eye.

This is the shadow on my open eye. I don't really have on any mascara or eyeliner because I thought it took away the shimmer in the eyeshadow.

Overall I did like this shadow because it is pretty pigmented for a drugstore eyeshadow.  It does stay on especially with my primer and I have oily lids.

Pros:

Nice color

Brings out different tones of eyes

Stays on okay

Cons:

Messy/tends to have fall outs

Can be hard to blend

SMASHBOX CAMERA READY BB CREAM REVIEW

I prefer Asian BB creams, my favorite is SKIN 79's Intense Classic, but I decided to try a western one even though they lean more towards a tinted moisturizer.

This one was not like the Asian BB creams, definitely more of a tinted moisturizer. It has very good SPF! SPF 35. It smells exactly like sunscreen so it reminds me of the beach! Anyway, even though it is not like Asian BB creams I did still like it because it stayed matte on my very oily face and covered my large pores  pretty well. It was also more pricey than Asian BB creams even though the tube is a bit small.

I have acne scars and large pores so I need good coverage. This filled in my pores pretty well and did look natural but even the lightest shade was a bit dark on my pale skin and did not seem to oxidize very much. The coverage was not superb but not bad either. If you need a bit of coverage but not very much or want a bare skin look, I recommend this product. But if you have bad breakouts you would probably need concealer as well.

ANASTASIA TINTED BROW GEL REVIEW

      This is my review of Anastasia Tinted Brow Gel($22). I decided to buy this product because it had pretty good reviews and also because I heard Cara Delevigne uses it. :P

The shade I bought was Espresso. It is pretty dark and has a tiny bit of shimmer in it but is not very noticeable. However, if you do need one of the lighter shades the shine is much more dramatic. The brush to apply it with is like the end of a mascara wand. If you have sparse brows like mine it would be much better to use an eyebrow brush.

This is my bare eyebrow(omg what is that thing?!) as you can see my hair is very sparse even though they aren't even plucked! ):

This is my brow with the gel. I obviously like my eyebrows to be thick and dramatic so I usually fill it in with a MAC Eyeshadow which is also called Espresso but for the sake of this review I did not.
